This Privacy Policy describes how SAIO collects, uses, stores and protects personal data and third-party data obtained through authorized OAuth integrations and connections with e-commerce platforms.

SAIO is an AI-powered SEO and GEO platform. By connecting your Google account (Search Console and/or Google Analytics 4) or your e-commerce platform to SAIO, you authorize access to the data described in this policy, solely for the purposes stated herein.

The data controller for data processed by the SAIO platform is SAIO.

3. Google Search Console

When you authorize the Google Search Console integration via OAuth, SAIO accesses data from the property(ies) you select, including:

• Verified properties and URLs linked to your account
• Search queries, clicks, impressions, CTR and average position
• Indexing status and coverage reports
• Sitemap data and crawl errors
• Performance and page experience reports

4. Google Analytics 4

When you authorize the Google Analytics 4 integration via OAuth, SAIO accesses data from the properties and accounts you select, including:

• Property, account and data stream identifiers
• Traffic metrics, sessions, users and page views
• Events, conversions and configured goals
• Traffic sources and mediums
• Demographic and interest data in aggregated form
• Engagement and user behavior reports

5. E-commerce platforms

SAIO is platform-agnostic and can integrate with different e-commerce solutions upon account holder authorization. Depending on the configured integration, we may access:

• Product catalog, SKUs, categories and collections
• URLs, slugs and site navigation structure
• SEO metadata: titles, descriptions, tags and structured data
• Product, category and institutional page content
• Technical information required for SEO diagnosis and optimization

6. Processing purposes

Data obtained through integrations is used exclusively to:

• Perform SEO diagnostics and identify optimization opportunities
• Generate, optimize and publish content aligned with SEO and GEO strategy
• Produce organic performance reports and track results
• Operate and continuously improve the SAIO platform
• Provide technical support related to authorized integrations

7. Legal basis

Personal data processing by SAIO is based on applicable data protection laws, including Brazil's LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018), under the following grounds as applicable:

Performance of a contract or preliminary procedures related to the contracted service; compliance with legal or regulatory obligations; legitimate interest for platform operation and improvement; and express consent granted in the OAuth authorization flow or integration setup.

8. Data sharing

SAIO does not sell personal data. Sharing occurs only when necessary to provide the service, including:

• Google LLC, for reading data via Search Console and Analytics 4 OAuth APIs, according to scopes authorized by you
• Cloud infrastructure providers used for secure hosting, processing and storage of data
• Competent authorities, when required by law or court order

9. Retention and security

OAuth access tokens are stored encrypted and used only while the integration remains active. You may revoke access at any time through your Google account settings or the SAIO platform.

Data obtained through integrations is retained for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or improper alteration.

10. Data subject rights

Under applicable law, you have the right to confirm processing, access, correct, anonymize, block or delete unnecessary data, request portability, revoke consent and obtain information about sharing performed.
